Round Rock is in Texas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Round Rock follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I was excited to try Crumbl's thin cookies again after enjoying them the first time, but this visit was disappointing. The cookies were noticeably smaller than before, and when I asked about it, the employee brushed it off by saying they "cook differently." That explanation didn't really make sense, especially when the size difference was so obvious. If the size varies, it would be better to be honest about it rather than making excuses. For the price, I expect consistency.

One of my favorite stores! Today I went to get the banana pudding and the lava cookie when I came home, I got ready to eat the lava cookie and they gave me some brownie butter??? I've never tried that cookies nor wanted to try it. Called the store and they told me they offered me the lava cookie but I told them I wanted the other cookie π€( like I dont know what happens in my life ) I'm missed for the customer service. I mean we all make mistakes. But telling me I asked for a cookie and they offered the one I went to buy and I said no.... that I literally asked for the cookie I didn't want π that's just another level. My husband was there with me. Like, I'm not crazy.

this is the best Crumbl location in the Austin area of the 3 that iβve regularly bought from; they make the cookies well, show you the cookies in the box before you take them as is procedure i am told, and are overall friendly.

Iβm not quite sure whatβs going on lately maybe thereβs new staffing or something has changed but the last three times Iβve ordered a four-pack of cookies, almost every flavor Iβve chosen has been underbaked. Iβm not sure about anyone else, but I really donβt enjoy a cookie thatβs soft to the point of being nearly raw. If this issue could be corrected, Iβd definitely continue to buy from this location because Iβve always loved Crumblβs cookies in the past. However, if it continues, Iβll probably stop visiting this location altogether and find somewhere else for my sweet treats.

I canβt say that Iβve ever been inside a Crumbl Cookie storefront. But I was in the area and happened to see this location so I had to get a cookie or two! Ordering and paying was done at a kiosk. Didnβt see any other option. There were 3 or 4 people working in the cookie baking area - none of whom even acknowledged that I walked inside. Being my first time in a Crumbl Cookie store it took me a while to figure out what flavors I wanted and how to add them to my cart. Getting just one cookie was a little expensive so I opted for 3 mini cookies. I tried the confetti milkshake, salted caramel cheesecake and something like Lucky Charm cookie. I received my order quickly, asked for a few napkins and left. Of course I ate one sitting in my car in the parking lot. It was the confetti milkshake one and it was AMAZING! The mini cookie was just the right size for a quick snack. Glad I saw their sign while driving through the parking lot!
